Our family of five loved staying here!  Kids loved that the pool was right out the door. Snorkeling, turtles, beach, Yal Ku lagoon and many great restaurants are walking distance.  Also felt very safe here, especially with the national guard across the street.  Would definitely stay here again.

This place was even better than we expected. As soon as we arrived, we felt like we had stepped into paradise! The location and view were just amazing. I loved being able to wake up and head right out to the balcony to enjoy my coffee while looking out over the ocean. We made great use of the pristine pool. The kitchen was well stocked. We were walking distance to an awesome lagoon for snorkeling and several restaurants. I’m already dreaming of planning my next vacation here. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a serene, tropical vacation.

Our family of two adults and two teens loved staying at Villa Lijeson. It’s a beautiful property and we loved the pool, the grounds, the ocean, the decor, and the air conditioning!

One of our favorite things was snorkeling just off the property in Half Moon Bay. It’s not a sandy beach entry at La Sirenas Condominios, but the snorkeling was wonderful and there was NO sargassum at all.

The property has a great location away from the crush of tourists in Cancun or Playa del Carmen. We visited the Akumal Monkey Sanctuary and did their ATV tour one day, and visited Xcaret Park another day. Both were easy drives.

We highly recommend Villa Lijeson for a family!

We stayed in La Sirena #12 which was awesome!  The condo description is exact. Very comfortable and clean space, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, etc.  The outside space is A+++. The ocean side is covered with great furniture; we rarely left it!  The pool side has a view of the beautiful gardens.  The beach has a wall that keeps it clean (the area typically has a lot of seaweed on the beach). The staff at the condo are very helpful and responsive.  Akumal is one of our favorite places. The condo is near the end of the 1.5 mile private road. This is NOT a party area… it is wonderfully quiet and safe. We love cooking at the condo and enjoying excellent restaurants within walking distance including La Lunita, La Buena Vida, Taverna, and Jungla Cafe which just opened during the last year.  We also enjoyed a wonderful meal cooked at the condo by Chef Marko from Daveed Chef Service.

so glad we stayed here. the area around the pool is this beautiful little garden. snorkeled right out back, saw turtles, octopus, spiny lobster, lots of fish!
